Alert - Regional East ICOMS Migration

Cli  Clients who are billed out of Regional East ICOMS will be migrated to National ICOMS on 4/21.  There will be a freeze in Salesforce from Wednesday 4/20 4pm EST to Thursday 4/21 5pm EST on configuring products on Opportunities, or modifying products on existing Opportunities that are affected by this migration.


All All cases submitted for product configuration during this time will be placed on hold and worked after the freeze is lifted.
